We turned this around in about 24 hours. I story boarded, picked the very familiar scratch track  and scanned the oats.Mike Overbeck animated this in about 8 hours on Photoshop 3's animation plug-in that he had never used before . This was a  "shrimp  man",  a goofy  un- scary sea monster  who needed to be schooled  .These are some takes on some goofy un- scary dragons .This is the rough  approved  dragon  ,  less graphic more structure  .
